Böhmische Flötenkonzerte / Bohemian Flute
Concertos
1. Allegro Jan Baptist Vanhal (1739-1813) 4. Allegro moderato Antonio Rosetti (1750?- 1792) 7. Allegro
Eine im besten Sinne musikantische Aufnahme von Flötenkonzerten der drei böhmischen "Klassiker" mit Bruno Meier als virtuos sprühendem Solisten und dem klangschönen Prager Kammerorchester. Michael Schmidt - Bayern 4 Klassik : CD-Tipp - 19.Juni 2001 Here is a pleasing CD of flute concertos by Bohemian contemporaries of Haydn and Mozart : charming music (at times, indeed, more than merely charming), recorded with atmosphere and clarity. It is finely played by Bruno Meier who has established a corner for himself in the field of late-eighteenth-century music for flute. The disc is doubly welcome as the Krommer is only available in a revised version for clarinet and neither of the other works is listed in the current catalogue.
